Pestana Bazaruto Lodge is on the largest island of the Bazaruto Archipelago, approximately 800km north of Maputo (the capital of Mozambique). The island - carefully protected as a Nature Reserve Park - is a beautiful and unspoilt destination, characterized by its wild fauna, turquoise sea and idyllic beaches. The Lodge offers a unique combination of beauty, comfort and relaxation that makes it the perfect spot for nature lovers, divers, fisherman and water sport enthusiasts.

Accommodation

Pestana Bazaruto Lodge offers 40 "A-frame" thatched chalets comprising: 14 standard rooms of which one is a family room, 26 superior rooms of which 5 are family rooms, set amongst tropical gardens with magnificent views. Every chalet accommodates double or single occupancy and is equipped with:

• Air conditioning and ceiling fan
• Private bathroom with enclosed outdoor shower

Activities

Complimentary activities include: non-motorised water sport (including canoeing & paddle boats), one free snorkel per guest per stay with scheduled complimentary daily transfers to Dolfin Bay. Other activities include:
